What is your refund/exchange policy?
We will refund any pair of slippers. Reach out to teamslipperkicks@gmail.com and we will help you with the next steps. Refunds do not cost anything. We will also send a new pair if damaged when opened.
When do I receive my tracking information?
Typically, you can expect to receive your tracking details via email within 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped. Here you can track the status of your order.
I never got my order, what to do?
Please contact us at our email address teamslipperkicks@gmail.com and provide us with your order number and any other relevant information. We will resolve the issue from there.
My tracking number says my package is delivered, but I have not got it?
The mail courier may indicate that a shipment has been delivered even if it has not yet arrived. If you notice that your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it within 48 hours of the delivery date, please do not hesitate to contact us at teamslipperkicks@gmail.com to resolve the issue.
Can I modify my order after I place it?
Yes, if contacted same day, if you would like to cancel, simply contact us at slippezz1@gmail.com. From there we will give you a refund, and you can order again with what you would like.
